摘要 介绍了双相不锈钢的性能特点,分析了超级双相不锈钢S32750焊接性,确定了钨极氩弧焊、焊条电弧焊、埋弧焊三种焊接方法的遵循原则,以及焊接材料选用原则,通过制定严格的工艺参数,按照承压设备焊接工艺评定规范进行焊接工艺评定试验,获得满意的力学性能、晶间腐蚀性能和铁素体含量;总结制定了超级双相不锈钢S32750焊接控制要点,圆满完成产品的焊接。结果表明:采用本文拟定的焊接方法、选用的焊接材料和制定的焊接规范,能够获得满足产品使用要求的接头性能。到目前为止该设备已经安全运用三年多时间,没有发现任何质量问题。 In this paper,the characteristics of duplex steel were introduced.The weldability of super duplex steel S32750 was analyzed.The principles followed in the determination of welding methods for tungsten argon arc welding,electrode arc welding and submerged arc welding as well as the principle for the selection of welding materials were introduced.With stipulation of strict procedure parameters,and the test of welding procedure qualification in accordance with the standard“Welding procedure qualification for pressure equipment”,the mechanical properties,intergranular corrosion performance and ferrite content were obtained.The key points for welding super duplex steel were then summarized.It was demonstrated that by use of the welding method,selected welding materials and stipulated welding standard,the performances of welding joint which meet application requirements of the products can be acquired.The equipment has been operated for more than three years till now,there was no any quality problems found.
