混合式球罐分带方案优化设计

摘要 应用球面三角学,推导了混合式球罐极带板弧长计算公式,建立了混合式球罐分带方案优化设计通用模型,通过编程实现了对模型的求解,并以3000m^(3),4000m^(3)混合式球罐为例,给出了优化设计结果。结果表明,球罐焊缝长度的优化主要受钢板板幅的限制,适当增加钢板板幅,可有效减少焊缝总长。该模型除了必要假设和约束外,未增加其他特殊约束,模型通用性较好,理论上可实现任何容积球罐的优化,对球罐分带方案的标准化具有较大参考意义。 In this paper,an optimization model based on the spherics was developed for the design of the shell partition of spherical storage tank with mixed piece structure,the equation for calculating the arc length of the pole piece plate was derived.Exampled with 3000 and 4000 m3 tanks,the optimized design result was presented.It was shown that the optimization of the shell partition is mainly limited from the width of the plate,and the total weld length can be reduced by increasing the width of the plate.In the model,except to necessary assumptions and constraints,no any other specific constraints are imposed.Thus,the model has generality in application,and can be used to realize the optimization of the shell partition of spherical tank with any volumes,which has significance in the standardization of shell partition for spheric tank.
