摘要
高速离心泵的环形密封作为主要抑制泄漏流动的关键部件,在控制泄漏流动的同时还会产生流体激振力,对高速离心泵的转子系统稳定性具有显著的影响。基于多频圆涡动位移CFD数值方法和动网格技术,建立了表面织构环形密封试验系统,对比传统的光滑环形密封,表面织构环形密封拥有了与之相近的密封性能和抑制转子振动的能力,通过改变进出口压差和转速,分析圆形表面织构环形密封的动力学特性参数的变化规律。研究发现,转速变化相比于压差变化,对环形密封的动力学特性系数影响更加显著。
As the key part for inhibiting leak flow,the ring seal in high speed centrifugal pump will also induce exciting fluid force at the same times,which has significant effect to the stability of rotor system in high speed centrifugal pump.In this paper,by using CFD method for calculating multi-frequency cycle eddy turbulence and fluent grid technology,the testing system for ring seal with weaving surface was established.Compared with conventional ring seal with smooth surface,the one with weaving surface is close to conventional one in the aspects of seal performance and the ability of inhibiting rotor vibration.By changing the differential pressure between inlet and outlet,and rotary speed,the change rule of dynamics characteristic parameters of the ring seal with round weaving surface was analyzed.It was found that compared the change in differential pressure,the change of rotary speed has more effects to dynamic parameters of the ring seal.
