摘要
氢气压缩机是加氢站的核心设备之一,承担着为氢气增压的重要作用。而液驱活塞式压缩机和隔膜压缩机是目前最常用的两种容积式往复压缩机。基于两者的工作原理、结构特点等,分析两种压缩机的性能特点和优缺点,以便更合理地在加氢站中选择适合的压缩机类型以及开展氢气压缩机技术与装备的国产化。
Hydrogen compressor is one of the key equipments of hydrogen refueling station,and responsible for hydrogen pressurizing.Hydraulic driven piston compressor and diaphragm compressor are two positive-displacement reciprocating compressors in common use.Based on their operating principle and structural features,their performance features,merits and demerits are analyzed,and suitable compressor can be selected reasonably for hydrogen refueling station.
