新时代“互联网+党建”模式具有广泛参与性、资源丰富性、传播即时性、使用便捷性的特点。但目前仍存在“互联网+党建”思维欠缺、理论学习系统性和深入性不足、“互联网+党建”平台建设与利用不到位等问题。因此,基层党组织应重视“互联网+党建”思维培养、完善“互联网+党建”教育管理、创新“互联网+党建”平台建设并打造“线上+线下”双向联动模式,从而提升党员思想政治教育成效,加强党的建设。

In the new era, the Internet+Party Building mode is characterized by extensive participation, abundant resources, instant communication and convenient use. However, there are some problems such as the lack of Internet+Party Building thinking, systematic and in-depth theoretical learning, and the inadequate construction and utilization of the Internet+Party Building platform. Therefore, grass-roots Party organizations should strengthen the cultivating of Internet+Party Building thinking in the new era, improve the self-education effect of Party members using the Internet+platform, promote the construction of the Internet + platform and create an online and offline linkage model so as to explore new ways to develop the Internet + Party Building model of ideological and political education for Party members, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education and strengthen party building.
