摘要 为了解决沥青老化问题与废气处理问题,提出了一种新型厂拌热再生设备,此设备在掺加RAP的混合料的拌和方面与普通沥青混合料基本相同,但解决了RAP中沥青遇加热明火老化的问题。研究表明:在原干燥滚筒的基础上引入双烘干滚筒的设计可以解决沥青老化问题,燃烧机采用油气两用的高智能型机电一体化全自动数控燃烧器,燃气主要以无污染天然气为燃料,有助于在整机运转时保证所需热能平衡;引风机叶轮采用独特的防粘连技术,可降低风机叶轮粘附废气中轻组分(油份)物质、粉尘的程度,达到环保标准参数。 In order to solve the problem of asphalt aging and waste gas treatment,a kind of new-type plant-mixedthermal regeneration equipment is put forward.This equipment is basically the same as the common asphalt mixture in mixing the mixture with RAP,but it solves the problem of asphalt aging when heated by open fire in RAP.The research shows that:the asphalt aging problem can be solved by introducing the design of double drying drums on the basis of the original drying drums.The combustion engine adopts a highly intelligent electromechanical fully-automatic numerical control burner for oil and gas.The fuel gas is mainly pollution-free natural gas,which is conducive to ensure the required heat energy balance during the operation of the whole machine.The induced draft fan impeller adopts unique anti-adhesion technology,which can reduce the degree of adhesion of the fan impeller to the light component(oil)substances and dust in the waste gas,and reach the environmental protection standard parameters.
