摘要
本工作采用Ag-Cu-Ti钎焊了Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷和304不锈钢,分别研究了钎焊温度和保温时间对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷/304不锈钢接头组织和性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:接头组织为Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O+TiCu/Ag(s,s)+Cu(s,s)+TiCu/Cu_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)Ti/Fe-Cr/304。当钎焊温度较低、保温时间较短时,Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O反应层较薄,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷与钎缝的结合较弱;在900℃保温10 min时,Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O反应层厚度为2.5μm,接头最大剪切强度为130.54 MPa;继续提高钎焊温度和延长保温时间,Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O反应层过厚,降低了钎缝的塑性变形能力。Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O反应层厚度是影响连接质量的关键。
Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic and 304 stainless steel were brazed by Ag-Cu-Ti filler alloy.The effects of brazing temperature and holding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al_(2)O_(3)ceramic/304 stainless steel joint were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure of the joint was Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O+TiCu/Ag(s,s)+Cu(s,s)+TiCu/Cu_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)Ti/Fe-Cr/304.The shear strength of the joint reached 130.54 MPa when brazed at 900℃and holding time of 10 min.Thickness of the Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O was 2.5μm.When the temperature is low and the holding time is short,the Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O reaction layer is thin,resulting in weak bonding between Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic and filler layer.With increase of temperature and holding time,the thickness of the Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O reaction layer is too thick,which weakens the plastic deformation ability of the joint.The thickness of Cu_(3)Ti_(3)O reaction layer is the key to affecting quality of the joint.
