肾癌组织中CDCA3与CDCA5的表达水平及临床意义

目的探讨肾癌组织中细胞分裂周期相关蛋白3(CDCA3)与细胞分裂周期相关蛋白5(CDCA5)的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2014年7月至2016年3月本院收治的102例肾癌患者作为研究对象,获取肾癌组织和癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法测定细胞中CDCA3、CDCA5的表达水平。分析CDCA3、CDCA5蛋白表达水平与肾癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系,并采用多因素Cox比例风险回归分析影响肾癌患者预后的危险因素。结果肾癌组织中的CDCA3、CDCA5蛋白表达阳性率均高于癌旁组织(均P<0.001)。CDCA3、CDCA5蛋白表达水平与年龄、性别均无相关性(均P>0.05);CDCA3、CDCA5蛋白表达水平与肿瘤最大径、TNM分期、病理级别、淋巴结转移、复发均有相关性(均P<0.05),且肿瘤最大径≥2 cm、TNM分期越高、病理级别越高、有淋巴结转移、有复发时,CDCA3、CDCA5的阳性表达率越高(均P<0.05)。CDCA3、CDCA5阳性肾癌患者的5年生存率均较阴性患者显著降低(均P<0.05)。肿瘤最大径≥2 cm、TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴血管浸润、病理级别高、有复发、CDCA3及CDCA5阳性肾癌患者的5年生存率均显著降低(均P<0.05)。TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、病理级别高、CDCA3及CDCA5表达阳性是影响肾癌患者预后的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论CDCA3、CDCA5在肾癌组织中过表达,CDCA3、CDCA5的表达水平与肾癌的病理特征有相关性,CDCA3、CDCA5表达阳性是影响肾癌患者预后的独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the expression level of CDCA3 and CDCA5 in renal cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 102 renal cell carcinoma patients admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects.Renal cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were obtained,and the expression of CDCA3 and CDCA5 was determined by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression levels of CDCA3 and CDCA56proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics of renal cancer patients was analyzed.Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for overall survival of renal cancer patients.Results The positive rate of CDCA3 and CDCA5 protein expression in the renal cancer group was higher than that in the adjacent group(all P<0.001).The expression of CDCA3 and CDCA5 protein was not related to age and gender(all P>0.05).CDCA3 and CDCA5 protein expression levels were correlated with the maximum tumor diameter,TNM stage,pathological grade,lymph node metastasis and recurrence(all P<0.05),and the maximum tumor diameter≥2 cm,the higher the TNM stage,the higher the pathological grade,the presence of lymph node metastasis and recurrence,The positive expression rates of CDCA3 and CDCA5 were higher(all P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of renal cancer patients with CDCA3 and CDCA5 positive was significantly reduced(all P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of renal cancer patients with tumor diameter≥2 cm,TNMⅢ-Ⅳstage,lymphatic vascular invasion,high pathological grade,recurrence,CDCA3,CDCA5 positive were significantly reduced(all P<0.05).TNMⅢ-Ⅳstage,high pathological grade,CDCA3 positive,CDCA5 positive were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with renal cancer(all P<0.05).Conclusions CDCA3 and CDCA5 are overexpressed in renal cell carcinoma.The expression of CDCA3 and CDCA5 are positively correlated with the pathological characteristics of renal cell carcinoma.The positive expressions of CDCA3 and CDCA5 are independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
