摘要
在“疫情防控”、“碳中和”、“高效节能”、“新基建”等新时代命题面前,楼宇自动化技术表现出苍白无力,又随着5G网络、物联网技术和人工智能技术的落地,智能楼宇孕育而出,成为新时代命题的最优解,从“能耗监控”、“疫情防控”、“智能安防”、“智慧照明”等方面入手,营造一个“舒适便捷”、“智能安全”、“高效节能”的环境。本文详细从4个方面进行阐述,同时在理论上论证了方案的可行性。
Facing new era topics such as“epidemic prevention and control”,“carbon neutrality”,“high efficiency and energy saving”,and“new infrastructure”,building automation technology has insufficient manifestations,and with the implementation of 5G network,Internet of Things technology and artificial intelligence technology,smart buildings emerge and become the optimal solution to the topics of the new era.Starting from“energy consumption monitoring”,“epidemic prevention and control”,“smart security”,“smart lighting”and other aspects,a“comfortable and convenient”,“intelligent and safe”,“efficient and energy-saving”environment is created.This paper elaborates these four aspects in detail,and demonstrates the feasibility of the scheme in theory.
