摘要
针对滤波器谐振腔用导体工作时发热与电路动态参数不稳定的问题,提出了一种防滤波器谐振腔温度漂移导体设计方法。运用弹性弹簧带动顶杆推出连接槽,利用顶杆将导热片敷贴在金属本体的表面,便于实现金属本体的热量有效消除。该滤波器在工作时不仅能维持导体的温度恒定,还能有效降低高温下电阻率变化,从而避免电路正常的动态参数受到影响,并提高滤波器的稳定性。
A design method of the temperature drift prevention conductor for the filter resonant cavity is proposed to solve the problem of the instability of circuit dynamic parameters and the working heat of conductor for the filter resonant cavity.The connection slot is pushed out by the ejector rod driven by the elastic spring,and the heat conducting sheet is applied on the surface of the metal body through the ejector rod,which is convenient to effectively eliminate the heat of the metal body.When the filter is working,the temperature of the conductor can be maintained,and the resistivity change is prevented in a high-temperature environment,so that normal dynamic parameters of a circuit can be prevented from being influenced,and the stability of a filter is improved.
