摘要
目的:探索新媒体在医院门诊宣传工作中的应用效果。方法:由门诊部牵头成立运营团队,通过研究现有的门诊宣传工作的不足,制订提升策略并实施。结果:2019.10月-2020.10月,运营团队应用新媒体方式一年后,微信公众号、抖音短视频、直播等观看量、转播量明显提升。结论:新媒体的应用,确实起到了很显著的成效,引导患者顺利就诊,合理配置门诊医疗资源,提升医院影响力。
Objective:To explore the application effect of new media in hospital outpatient publicity.Methods:The outpatient department will lead the establishment of an operation team to formulate and implement improvement strategies by studying the shortcomings of the existing outpatient publicity work.Results:From October 2019 to October 2020,one year after the operation team applied the new media method,the viewing and rebroad casting volume of WeChat official account,Douyin short video,live broadcast and other services have increased significantly.Conclusion:The application of new media has indeed achieved remarkable results,guiding patients to see a doctor smoothly,reasonably allocating outpatient medical resources,and enhancing the influence of the hospital.
