Research on Financial Management Problems of E-Commerce Enterprises in Internet Context

为了提升电商企业财务管理水平,本文主要对互联网背景下电商企业财务管理问题进行研究,文中先分析了电子商务企业概念和特点及财务管理特点,之后分析了财务管理中存在的问题,并提出了有效的措施,包括加强管理人员队伍建设;加强信息化建设;优化企业组织架构,推动业务财务结合;优化管控方法及处理流程;构建合理的财务风险防控机制,希望可以为有关人员提供参考。

In order to improve the financial management level of e-commerce enterprises,this paper mainly studies the financial management problems of e-commerce enterprises under the background of the Internet,first analyzes the concepts and characteristics of e-commerce enterprises and financial management characteristics,then analyzes the existing problems in financial management,and puts forward effective measures,including strengthening the construction of management personnel team;strengthening the construction of informatization;optimizing the organizational structure of the enterprise and promoting the integration of business and finance;optimizing control methods and treatment processes;establishing a reasonable financial risk prevention and control mechanism,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
