小儿支气管哮喘的临床治疗研究进展

Research progress on clinical treatment of bronchial asthma in children

小儿支气管哮喘是儿童常见病,多发于春秋两季。临床症状以呼气延长、发作性喉哮鸣、气促为主,严重者频繁发作,无法平卧。西医治疗主要采用支气管扩张剂、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等,虽可有效缓解病情,但长期应用存在一定的副作用。随着临床对小儿支气管哮喘治疗研究的不断深入,中西医结合治疗以及各类新型治疗模式不断出现。本文就小儿支气管哮喘临床治疗现状及进展进行综述。

Pediatric bronchial asthma is a common disease in children,which occurs mostly in spring and autumn.The main clinical symptoms include prolonged exhalation,paroxysmal laryngeal wheezing and shortness of breath.In severe cases,the onsets are frequent and patient can not lie flat.Western medicine mainly uses bronchodilators,glucocorticoids,immunosuppressants,etc.Although using these medicine can effectively alleviate the symptoms,some side effects follow long-term use.With the progress of clinical research on the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and new treatment models are used.This article reviews the current situation and progress of clinical treatment of bro nchial asthma in children.
