腹部与经阴道超声联合检查在卵巢囊肿患者中的应用价值

Application value of combined abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound scan in patients with ovarian cyst

目的探究腹部与经阴道超声联合检查在卵巢囊肿患者中的应用价值。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月淄博市张店区妇幼保健院妇科收治的100例疑似卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受腹部超声与经阴道超声检查。比较单一超声与联合超声检查的灵敏度、特异度和准确度。结果联合超声检出真阳性54例(检出率98.18%),真阴性44例(检出率97.78%)。联合超声诊断的特异度与单一超声比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但灵敏度与准确度高于任何一种单一超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢囊肿的临床诊断中,联合腹部超声和经阴道超声可提高检查的灵敏度和准确度,为临床诊疗提供可靠支持。

Objective To explore the application value of combined abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound scan in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected ovarian cyst in Zibo Zhangdian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were enrolled from February 2020 to February 2022.All patients received abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound scan.The differences of sensitivity,specificity and accuracy between single and combined ultrasound scan were compared.Results There were 54 true positive cases(detection rate 98.18%)and 44 true negative cases(detection rate 97.78%)detected by combined ultrasound scan.There was no statistically significant difference between the combined ultrasound scan and single ultrasound scan considering specificity(P>0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of combined ultrasound scan were higher than those of single ultrasound scan,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For ovarian cyst,combined abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound scan can improve the accuracy and sensitivity of diagnosis,which provides reliable support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
