磁共振成像在胎儿颅脑疾病诊断中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析磁共振成像在胎儿颅脑疾病诊断中的应用价值,为临床诊断提供参考。方法选择2021年1月5日至12月5日在南京医科大学附属妇产医院接受胎儿颅脑疾病筛查的110例孕晚期产妇为研究对象。孕产妇均接受超声及磁共振成像检查,比较两种方法检出情况及准确率、灵敏性、特异性。结果超声诊断胎儿颅脑疾病的准确率为95.45%,灵敏性为80.00%,特异性为100.00%;磁共振成像诊断胎儿颅脑疾病的准确率为99.09%,灵敏性为96.00%,特异性为100.00%。与超声检查相比,磁共振成像诊断胎儿颅脑疾病灵敏性、准确率更高(P<0.05)。两种检查方法特异性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用磁共振成像能精准测定胎儿颅脑疾病,精准度高,灵敏性强,值得在临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the application value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of fetal craniocerebral diseases,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods A total of 110 pregnant women in the third trimester who underwent fetal craniocerebral disease screening in Women’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 5th to December 5th 2021 were selected as the research objects.All pregnant women received ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging examination.The status of detection,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were compared.Results The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal craniocerebral diseases were 95.45%,80.00%and 100.00%,respectively.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of fetal craniocerebral disease were 99.09%,96.00%and 100.00%,respectively.Compared with ultrasound,the sensitivity and accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of fetal craniocerebral diseases were higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in specificity between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of magnetic resonance imaging can accurately detect fetal craniocerebral diseases,with high accuracy,strong sensitivity.It is worthy of clinical application.
