导乐分娩联合布洛芬缓释胶囊在中期妊娠引产镇痛中的应用

Application of Doula delivery combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules in induced labor analgesia of midterm pregnancy

目的探讨导乐分娩联合布洛芬缓释胶囊在中期妊娠引产镇痛中的应用。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月四川锦欣妇女儿童医院收治的200例中期妊娠引产患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各100例。两组均采用依沙吖啶羊膜腔穿刺注射引产,对照组无引产镇痛,实验组给予导乐分娩联合口服布洛芬缓释胶囊镇痛。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、分娩前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、总产程、产后24 h出血量、宫腔残留情况、产后尿潴留及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。分娩后两组SAS、SDS评分均低于分娩前,且分娩后实验组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总产程、产后24 h出血量和产后尿潴留发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组宫腔残留情况及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论导乐分娩联合布洛芬缓释胶囊能有效缓解中期妊娠引产疼痛,缩短引产时间,减少产后出血量及尿潴留的发生。

Objective To investigate the application of Doula delivery combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules in induced labor analgesia of midterm pregnancy.Methods A total of 200 patients of midterm pregnancy for induced labor admitted to Sichuan Jinxin Women and Children Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,100 cases in each group.Both groups were induced by Ethacridine amniocentesis injection.The control group had no induced labor analgesia and the experimental group was given Doula delivery combined with Ibuprofen Sustainedrelease Capsules for analgesia.Visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after delivery,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores before and after delivery,total duration of labor,24 h postpartum hemorrhage and the occurrence of intrauterine residue,postpartum urinary retention and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results VAS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After delivery,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before delivery,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Total duration of labor,24 h postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence rate of postpartum urinary retention in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in incidence of intraut erine residue and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Doula delivery combined with Ibuprofen Sustainedrelease Capsules can alleviate the labor pain in midterm pregnancy induction,shorten the induction time,and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the occurrence of postp artum urinary retention.
