阿奇霉素联合雾化治疗小儿支原体感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with atomization in the treatment of Mycoplasma infection in children

目的分析阿奇霉素联合雾化治疗小儿支原体感染的临床效果。方法收集2021年1月至12月泗阳县第一人民医院儿科收治的100例小儿支原体感染患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合雾化治疗。比较两组治疗前后炎症指标水平、临床总有效率及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组的白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白、血清降钙素原水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论阿奇霉素联合雾化治疗小儿支原体感染的效果确切,能够改善发热和咳嗽咳痰等临床症状,降低相关炎症指标,有效控制机体炎症反应,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with atomization in the treatment of Mycoplasma infection in children.Methods The clinical data of 100 children with Mycoplasma infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Siyang First People’s Hospital from January to December 2021 were collected.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated Azithromycin,and the observation group was treated Azithromycin combined with azithromycin.The inflammatory index levels before and after treatment,total clinical effective rate of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the white blood cell count,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and serum procalcitonin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Azithromycin combined with atomization is effective in the treatment of Mycoplasma infection in children.It can improve clinical symptoms such as fever,cough and expectoration,reduce related inflammatory indicators,effectively control body inflammation response of the body,and has high safety.
