心理护理在妇产科护理中的应用

Application of psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing

目的探讨心理护理在妇产科护理中的应用价值。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月日照市莒县中医医院妇产科收治的160例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各80例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式基础上采用心理护理模式。比较两组护理满意度及护理前后的不良情绪评分。结果观察组的护理总满意度为96.25%,高于对照组(77.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表评分及抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理中实施有效的心理护理,能有效稳定患者情绪,促进患者早日康复,且能提升患者的护理满意度,具有推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 160 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Rizhao Juxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,80 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing mode,while the patients in the observation group were given the psychological nursing mode on the basis of the routine nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction and scores of adverse emotion before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.25%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of effective psychological nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can effectively stabilize patients’emotion,promote patients’early recovery and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing,which has great value for promotion.
