患者知信行教育对乳腺癌化疗输液港维护质量的影响

Influence of patients’knowledge,belief and behavior education on the maintenance quality of infusion port for chemotherapy of breast cancer

目的分析患者知信行教育对乳腺癌化疗输液港维护质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年3月徐州市肿瘤医院乳腺科收治的60例置入输液港的乳腺癌化疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组采用患者知信行教育。比较两组患者置管前、置管3个月后的输液港维护知识-信念-行为评分、自我护理能力评分及置管3个月后并发症总发生率。结果观察组的并发症总发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的16.67%(5/30)(χ2=3.929,P=0.047)。置管后,两组患者的输液港维护知识-信念-行为评分、自我护理能力评分高于置管前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者知信行教育可提升乳腺癌化疗患者输液港维护知识-信念-行为水平以及自我护理能力,降低并发症总发生率,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of patients’knowledge,belief and behavior education on the maintenance quality of infusion port for chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy in the Breast Department of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected.Enrolled cases were divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing care,and the observation group received patients’knowledge,belief,and behavior education.Scores of the questionnaire on knowledge-belief-behavior and self-care capacity were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after catheter placement.The total incidence of complications between the two groups was also compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%(2/30),which was lower than that in the control group(16.67%)(5/30)(χ2=3.929,P=0.047).Three months after catheter placement,the scores of knowledge-belief-behavior questionnaire and self-care capacity were higher than those before catheter placement in the two groups.The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group three months after catheter placement.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients’knowledge,belief,and behavior education can improve the knowledge-belief-behavior level and self-care capacity of infusion port maintenance in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,reduce the total incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
