阶段性心理疏导对女性血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响

Effect of staged psychological counseling on anxiety,depression and quality of life in female hemodialysis patients

目的探讨阶段性心理疏导对女性血液透析患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法选择2021年1月至2022年6月在兰陵县人民医院接受血液透析治疗的60例女性患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施阶段性心理疏导。比较两组干预前后的焦虑、抑郁及生活质量评分。结果干预前,两组情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的情绪评分低于干预前,研究组的情绪评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量各指标评分高于干预前,且研究组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性血液透析患者实施阶段性心理疏导能够减轻患者焦虑、抑郁的程度,提高患者生活质量,值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective To explore the effect of staged psychological counseling on anxiety,depression and quality of life in female hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 60 female patients who received hemodialysis in Lanling County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected,and divided into two groups by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received staged psychological counseling.Anxiety,depression and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there were no statistical differences in the emotional scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the emotional scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistical differences in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores quality of life of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of staged psychological counseling in female patients receiving hemodialysis can reduce the anxiety and depression level,improve the quality of life,whic h is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
