家庭护理干预在身材矮小症患儿中的应用

Application of family nursing intervention in children with short stature

目的探究家庭护理干预在身材矮小症患儿中的临床应用价值。方法选取商洛市中心医院2021年3月至2022年3月收治的96例身材矮小症患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受家庭护理,比较两组患儿的干预依从性、生活质量及不良心理状况。结果观察组的干预总依从度高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的不良心理状况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对身材矮小症患儿实行家庭护理干预,可提高患儿的依从性及生活质量,改善其不良心理状况,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of family nursing intervention in children with short stature.Methods A total of 96 children with short stature admitted to Shangluo Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received family nursing intervention.The compliance with intervention,quality of life and poor psychological status between the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance with intervention and the scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of poor psychological status of the observation group were lower than thos e of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family nursing intervention in children with short stature can improve the compliance with intervention,improve the quality of life and psychological status of children,which is worthy of promotion and application.
