健康教育联合疼痛护理在包皮环切患儿围手术期的应用效果

摘要 目的分析健康教育联合疼痛护理策略在包皮环切患儿围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至6月太和县中医院泌尿外科收治的112例包皮过长需行环切术患儿,根据随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加行健康教育联合疼痛护理。比较两组的住院时间、疼痛程度、恐惧评分及护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛、恐惧评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论包皮环切患儿围手术期实行健康教育联合疼痛护理,可缓解疼痛,提高患儿及家属对护理的满意度,建立和谐护患关系,避免医疗纠纷。 Objective To analyze the application effect of health education combined with pain nursing strategy in children with perioperative circumcision.Methods A total of 112 children with redundant prepuce requiring circumcision admitted to the Department of Urology,Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine From January to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random drawing method,56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education combined with pain nurs ing on the bas is of the control group.T he length of s tay,the degree of pain,the s core of fear and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain and fear scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with pain nursing during perioperative period of circumcision can relieve pain,improve the satisfaction of children and their families on nursing,establish harmonious nursery-patient relationship,and avoid medical disputes.
