Application of the three-track combined of problem-based learning,case-based learning and micro courses in the practice teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine

摘要 目的分析以问题为中心的教学(PBL)、以病例为中心的教学(CBL)、微课三轨联合在中医儿科实习教学中的效果。方法选取2019年7月至2021年12月在日照市中医医院儿科实习的78名济宁医学院中西医结合专业本科生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组39人采用PBL、CBL、微课三轨联合教学法,对照组39人采用微课联合传统教学法,比较出科时两组Mini-CEX评价量表评分和教学满意度。结果观察组在中医四诊、外治操作手法、临床辨病与辨证、专业态度、沟通技巧、组织能力及整体表现7个方面评分以及在提升临床思维能力、临床实习兴趣、医患沟通能力、查阅文献能力及促进师生交流5项满意度方面高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在深入理解理论知识方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PBL、CBL、微课三轨联合教学法应用在中医儿科教学中能提高中医四诊和中医手法操作能力,改善学习态度,提升沟通技巧,使学生满意度提高。 Objective To analyze the effect of the three-track combined of problem-based learning(PBL),casebased learning(CBL)and micro courses in the practice teaching of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 78 undergraduate students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Jining Medical University,who practiced in the Department of Pediatrics of Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.There were 39 people in the observation group who adopted the threetrack combined teaching method of PBL,CBL and micro courses,while there were 39 people in the control group who adopted micro courses combined traditional teaching method.The scores of Mini-CEX evaluation scale and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared after leaving the department.Results The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in seven aspects of TCM four diagnosis,external treatment manipulation,clinical disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,professional attitude,communication skills,organizational ability and overall performance,and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in five aspects of improving clinical thinking ability,interest in clinical practice,doctor-patient communication ability,literature review ability and promoting teac her-student communication,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was.no significant difference in in-depth understanding of theoretical knowledge between the two groups(P>0.05)-.Conclusion The application of three-track combined teaching method of PBL,CBL and micro courses in TCM pediatrics teaching can improve TCM four diagnosis and TCM manipulation ability,improve learning attitude,improve communication skills,and improve students’satisfaction.
