摘要
第五代(the Fifth⁃Generation,5G)移动通信系统的各种高速业务将加速电池消耗,为了满足海量设备的低功耗需求,文中提出一种基于5G通信的混合非连续接收(Hybrid Discontinuous Reception,HDRX)算法,利用用户设备(User Equipment,UE)与长期演进型节点B(Long Term Evolution node B,LTE eNB)和新空口节点B(New Radio node B,NR node B)进行双连接,对UE的各个状态进行策略优化,从而有效降低功耗。仿真表明,使用优化算法比传统的非连续接收(Discontinuous Reception,DRX)算法降低了近35%的功耗,并在功耗和唤醒延迟之间取得了较好的权衡。
Since various high⁃speed services in the fifth⁃generation(5G)mobile communication system need to accelerate battery consumption to meet the low power requirements of massive devices,a hybrid discontinuous reception(HDRX)algorithm based on 5G communication is proposed in this paper.The user equipment(UE)is double connected with the long term evolution node B(LTE eNB)and the new radio node B(NR node B).Thus the strategy of each state of the UE is optimized,and the power consumption is effectively reduced.Simulation results show that the optimized algorithm reduces the power consumption by nearly 35%compared with that of the traditional DRX algorithm,and achieves a balance between power saving and wake⁃up delay.
