文章主要通过简单概述“黄金+互联网”供应链服务平台,根据现阶段联网黄金业务的现状提出“黄金+互联网”的具体运行模式,并在此基础上指出监管新规背景下“黄金+互联网”供应链服务平台现阶段面临的主要风险,发现我们国家的互联网黄金业务存在政策、交易、经营和信誉四大方面的风险问题,对此,笔者结合自身实践经验提出实行黄金市场监管法律规章、建立市场投资准入细则、明确监管职责、增加黄金产品开发机构、出台配套退出机制和处罚措施、打破传统“转接融金”、加强风控体系的建设等措施,希望能够给相关黄金企业、工作人员和投资者提供参考和帮助,促使监管新规背景下的“黄金+互联网”具备更加良好的前瞻性、协调性以及可操作性。
