空气间隔装药技术在露天矿山的应用

摘要 在露天矿山的爆破中,影响爆破效果很重要的因素之一就是装药技术。合理的装药技术,不但可以提高爆破岩石块度的均匀性,还可以有效的节约爆破成本。本文将通过研究几种常见结构的装药方式,分析得出采用连续耦合装药方法进行爆破时,岩石爆破不均匀,会产生大块岩石,不利于后续铲装、运输工作,并且由于炸药离爆孔孔壁过近,炸药能量被周围岩石吸收,造成了炸药能量的过度浪费,从而提高了爆炸的成本。而空气间隔装药技术在实际应用中爆破效果良好,使用更方便,也更具有经济合理性。希望通过本文研究结果,对爆破行业的进步有所帮助,从而更好的推动爆破行业的可持续发展。 In the blasting of open-pit mine, one of the very important factors affecting the blasting effect is the charging technology. Reasonable charging technology can not only improve the uniformity of blasting rock fragmentation, but also effectively save blasting cost. In this paper, by studying the charging methods of several common structures, it is analyzed that when the continuous coupling charging method is used for blasting, the rock blasting is uneven, which will produce large rocks, which is not conducive to the subsequent shovel loading and transportation. Moreover, because the explosive is too close to the hole wall of the blasting hole, the explosive energy is absorbed by the surrounding rocks, resulting in excessive waste of explosive energy, which increases the cost of explosion. The air interval charging technology has good blasting effect,more convenient use and more economic rationality in practical application. It is hoped that the research results of this paper will be helpful to the progress of the blasting industry, so as to better promote the sustainable development of the blasting industry.
