浅析氧化技术降解有机选矿药剂的研究分析

摘要 矿产资源有着悠久的历史,随着经济不断发展,矿产资源在国民经济发展中有着不可或缺的地位,是国家对内外发展的重要领域,涉及到多个领域,如农业、轻工、化工、冶炼、机械、建筑、能源、交通等,尤其在当今科技化的时代,矿产资源在我国经济中发挥着不可或缺的作用,在产业中有着中流砥柱的作用基于经济建设需求,矿产资源的大量开发不可避免,在选矿(即对原矿的加工、提炼)过程中,需要使用大量的有机选矿药剂,如果将残留有机选矿药剂的废水不经过加工处理直接排放到河流中,有机选矿药剂中所含的有害物质,如各类烷基黄药、苯类物质、有机磷等,会造成河流的污染和河流中生物的死亡。统计结果表明,我国每年因直接排放采矿和选矿的废水,至少要排出12~15亿吨的污水,是有色金属工业废水排放量的30%左右,为了减少残留有机选矿药剂的废水对人类的危害和对自然的污染,降解有机选矿药剂的有效方法是人们的迫切的追求。 Mineral resources have a long history. With the continuous development of economy, mineral resources play an indispensable role in the development of national economy. It is an important field of domestic and foreign development,involving many fields, such as agriculture, light industry, chemical industry, smelting, machinery, construction, energy source,transportation, etc. especially in today’s era of science and technology, mineral resources play an indispensable role in China’s economy, It plays a mainstay role in the industry. Based on the needs of economic construction, the large-scale development of mineral resources is inevitable. In the process of beneficiation(i.e. processing and refining of raw ore), a large number of organic beneficiation agents need to be used. If the wastewater of residual organic beneficiation agents is directly discharged into the river without processing, the harmful substances contained in organic beneficiation agents, such as various alkyl xanthates, benzene substances, organic phosphorus, etc, It will cause river pollution and death of organisms in the river.The statistical results show that China needs to discharge at least 1.2~1.5 billion tons of sewage every year due to the direct discharge of mining and beneficiation wastewater, which is about 30% of the discharge of non-ferrous metal industrial wastewater. In order to reduce the harm of residual organic beneficiation Reagent Wastewater to human beings and the pollution to nature, the effective method of degrading organic beneficiation reagent is an urgent pursuit.
