摘要
某选矿厂现有流程的入磨粒度合格率为73%,球磨机平均台效为36.5t/h。为了进一步提高粒度合格率,达到提高球磨机台效的目的,选矿厂通过变更筛网网目、调节各排矿口尺寸的方法进行了工业试验,最终将入磨粒度合格率提高到了80%,球磨机台效提高到37t/h以上。
The qualified rate of particle size in the existing process of a concentrator is 73%, and the average bench efficiency of the ball mill is 36.5t/h. In order to further improve the particle size qualification rate and achieve the purpose of improving the bench efficiency of the ball mill, the concentrator conducted an industrial test by changing the screen mesh and adjusting the size of each ore outlet, and finally increased the particle size qualification rate of the feed mill to 80% and the bench efficiency of the ball mill to more than 37t/h.
