摘要 1主持人中山大学附属第一医院妇产科李珠玉主治医师2病例汇报人中山大学附属第一医院妇产科徐荷洋住院医师3病例摘要患者,女,29岁,因“盆腔粘连、输卵管堵塞”在本院生殖医学中心移植2枚D3鲜胚,于2020年3月31日因“胚胎移植术后28^(+3)周,腹部紧缩感2周”入院治疗。体格检查:血压95/63 mm Hg,贫血貌,腹软.
