展览建筑的改造策略研究 ——以世园会内部分展览建筑改造工程为例

Research on Renovation Strategy of Exhibition Buildings——Example of Renovation Projects of Some Exhibition Buildings in EXPO

随着社会的发展,国家经济水平的提高,中国承办了许多国际展会,产生了一些以展览展示为主要功能的建筑,其中很大一部分建筑随着展览结束,完成了其作为展馆的使命,在此之后,为赋予其新生命,这些展览建筑的改造是盘活区域的重中之重.本文以2019北京世界园艺博览会某区域展馆改造项目为例,探讨此类展览建筑在结束其展览功能之后的改造策略,以期为同类型项目提供参考.

With the development of society and the improvement of national economic level,China has hosted many international exhibitions and produced some buildings with exhibition as the main function,a large proportion of such buildings may complete its mission as a pavilion with the end of the exhibition.Afterwards,in order to give it a new life,the renovation of these exhibition buildings is the top priority of revitalizing the region.This paper takes the renovation project of a regional pavilion of the 2019 Beijing World Horticultural Expo as an example to discuss the renovation strategy of such exhibition buildings after the end of their exhibition functions,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
