Brief Analysis on Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Waterproofing Engineering in Housing Construction

目前,建筑工程防水施工存在很多问题,如防水材料不合格、防水施工工艺不达标、防水施工方案与实际施工不相符,等等,这一系列问题会导致防水施工不符合设计及规范要求,进而直接影响房屋的质量和使用者的舒适度.因此,加强防水施工至关重要.本文就建筑工程防水施工出现的问题进行分析,并在此基础上就如何进行防水处理展开探讨.

At present,there are many problems in the waterproof construction of construction engineering,such as unqualified waterproof materials,substandard waterproof construction technology,inconsistent waterproof construction scheme with actual construction,etc.,these series of problems will lead to that waterproof construction cannot meet the design and specification requirements,thus directly affecting the quality of the house and the comfort of users.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen the waterproofing construction.This paper analyzes the problems arising in the waterproofing construction of construction engineering,and accordingly discusses how to carry out waterproofing treatment.
