多年来,我国的市场经济体制日渐完善,市场经济的发展为建筑行业带来了更大的发展契机,行业内越发关注工程造价.因为市场经济的开放性、竞争性,工程企业在建筑项目中应重视工程造价,采取先进的造价管理理念与方式提升造价水平,在同类型企业中保持竞争优势.全生命周期造价为全新的造价管理理念,有助于控制各个阶段内的造价.基于此,本文重点分析了市场经济条件下全生命周期工程造价的措施,对同类型项目的工程造价具有指导与借鉴价值.

Over the years,the market economy system in China has been gradually improved,and the development of market economy has brought greater development opportunities for the construction industry,which pays more attention to the engineering cost.Because of the opening and competition of the market economy,the engineering enterprises should pay attention to the engineering cost in the construction project,adopt the advanced cost management idea and method to raise the cost level,and keep the competitive advantage in the same type of enterprises.The whole life cycle cost is a brand-new cost management idea,which is helpful to control the cost in each stage.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on the analysis of the whole life cycle engineering cost measures under the market economy,and has guidance and reference value for the same type of engineering cost.
