基于BIM技术的装饰装修工程施工过程管理研究

装饰装修工程行业的快速发展,给人们带来了很多舒适、方便和安全感,但是同时也出现一系列问题,在这些施工过程中存在着许多不规范行为,本文主要研究的是BIM技术的应用对建筑工程项目进行管理所具有的重要意义,并且分析装饰装修工程施工过程以及使用BIM技术构建装饰装修工程施工过程管理模型,并提出相应措施,以促进装饰装修工程施工更好更快发展.

The rapid development of decoration engineering industry brings people a lot of comfort,convenience and security,but also causes a series of problems,and there are many irregular behaviors in these construction processes.This paper mainly studies the important significance of applying BIM technology in the management of construction engineering projects,and analyzes the construction process of decoration engineering and the model of decoration engineering construction process management constructed using BIM technology,and proposes corresponding measures,so as to promote the better and faster development of decoration engineering construction.
