摘要
某房建项目拟建2~4层地下室,场地周边环境复杂,工程地质条件各区段差异较大.综合考虑多重因素影响,对该基坑某一区段采用了前后排桩间距不同的双排桩支护方案.从最终的基坑的变形监测数据来看,基坑支护结构及周边位移变形小,证明设计方案是合理的.该处理方式较好地解决了安全性及经济性的问题.
A housing construction project plans to build a basement with 2 to 4 floors,the surrounding environment at the site is complex,and the engineering geological conditions vary greatly at different sections.Considering the influence of multiple factors,a double soldier pile support scheme with different spacing between front and rear soldier piles is adopted for a certain section of the foundation pit.From the final deformation monitoring data of the foundation pit,the foundation pit support structure and peripheral displacement deformation are small,which proves that the design scheme is reasonable.This treatment method better solves the problems of security and economy.
