技工院校基建项目前期工作问题及对策研究——以广西部分技工院校为例

Research on Preliminary Work Problems and Countermeasures of Capital Construction Projects in Technician Colleges--Taking Some Technician Colleges in Guangxi as Examples

技工院校作为培养技能人才的主战场,加快中职教育标准化建设步伐,才能改善办学条件,提升办学质量.技工院校基建项目的前期工作是整个建设过程中的重要组成部分,具有环节多、涉及面广、资料量大、周期长等特点.本文通过调研广西的部分技工院校,对技工院校基建项目前期工作取得的成绩和做法进行阐述,分析基建项目前期工作中普遍存在的问题和难点,结合前期申报工作中的理论和实践,探讨如何深化提高前期工作的质量,并提出解决问题的优化对策.

As the main site for cultivating skilled talents,technician colleges should accelerate the pace of standardized construction of secondary vocational education to improve the teaching conditions and teaching quality.The preliminary work of capital construction projects in technician colleges is an important part of the entire construction process,which has the characteristics of multiple links,wide coverage,massive data and long cycle.By investigating some technician colleges in Guangxi,this paper elaborates on the achievements and practices of the preliminary work of capital construction projects in technician colleges,analyzes the common problems and difficulties in the preliminary work of capital construction projects,combines the theory and practice in the preliminary submission work,discusses how to deepen and improve the quality of the preliminary work,and puts forward optimization countermeasures to solve the problems.
