伴随着中国计算机软件行业的高速发展,软件规模也变得越来越大,对软件建设项目的总体工期和成本把控也显得越来越有困难.为解决目前常用的成本度量方法应用不够灵活、准确度低、容易出现质量漏洞等问题,提出了一种利用方差分析和PERT动态调节的软件项目成本度量方法,并通过实际应用数据表明,该方法的度量结果具备很高的准确性及适用性,大幅度提高了软件成本度量的精度和可靠性.

With the rapid development of China’s computer software industry,the scale of software has increased,and it becomes difficult to control the overall construction period and cost of software construction projects.In order to solve the problems of inflexible application,low accuracy and easy quality loopholes of the commonly used cost measurement methods,a software project cost measurement method using ANOVA and PERT dynamic adjustment is proposed,and the actual application data shows that the measurement results of the method have high accuracy and applicability,which greatly improves the accuracy and reliability of software cost measurement.
