针对院校教学训练资产管理平台空白,管理模式"手工"作业特点明显,工作效率低下,粗放式管理占主导等情况,本文吸收和借鉴地方智慧管理模式,研究院校教学训练资产3D可视化智慧管理平台,以优化院校教学训练资产管理模式,提高管理水平和资产使用率,改进工作效率、降低管理维护成本,使管理更加规范化、智能化、精细化,进而提升办校品质、丰富办校内涵.

Aiming at the blank situation of the teaching and training asset management platform in colleges and universities,obvious characteristics of“manual”operation of management mode,low work efficiency,and the dominance of extensive management,this paper absorbs and utilizes local intelligent management models to study the 3D visualization intelligent management platform of teaching and training assets in colleges and universities,so as to optimize the teaching and training asset management mode in colleges and universities,improve the management level and asset utilization rate,improve work efficiency,reduce management and maintenance costs,make management more standardized,intelligent and refined,and accordingly improve the quality of schools and enrich the connotation of schools.
