摘要
在高铝盖板玻璃生产运行过程中,由于铂金通道铂金的氧化挥发和化学腐蚀,再加上物理侵蚀,通常会使玻璃液中含有铂金颗粒,当这种铂金颗粒在玻璃液中超过容许的限度时,玻璃板则会因铂金颗粒缺陷而废弃,影响生产的稳定和产品质量。通过OM、SEM/EDS对铂金颗粒进行形态和成分分析,判断铂金颗粒产生原因,并提出改善措施。
In the process of high aluminum cover glass production, because of the oxidation volatilization and chemical corrosion of platinum, and physical erosion, the platinum particles are usually contained in the liquid of the glass plate, when the platinum particle exceeds the allowable limit in the glass liquid, the glass plate will be abandoned because of the defect of the platinum particle, which will affect the stability of production and product quality. By OM and SEM/EDS, the form and composition of platinum particles were analyzed,the cause of formation of platinum particles was judged, and the improvement measures were put forward.
