Under the stimulation of the socialist economy,the construction industry has achieved rapid development,especially in the aspect of residential buildings,a variety of new residential communities have emerged,of which green energy-saving buildings are typical representatives.Based on this condition,in the electrical design of residential community,energy-saving design should be the focus.When analyzing the building electrical design of residential community,this paper further explores the specific strategies for realizing the building energy-saving electrical design of residential community from the basic characteristics and design principles of residential communities,for reference.
