社会经济发展对建设项目管理和发展的要求比较高.近年来,装配式建筑已成为一种重要的施工方法,不仅提高了施工质量,而且在一定程度上降低了能耗.然而,考虑到国家的实际发展,装配式建筑施工水平仍然相对较低.因此,必须着重分析和研究装配式建筑管理过程中存在的问题,本文分析了装配式建筑项目管理中存在的问题,并着重探讨了具体的对策.

Social and economic development has relatively high requirements for construction project management and development.In recent years,prefabricated buildings have become an important construction method,which not only improves the construction quality,but also reduces energy consumption to a certain extent.However,considering the actual development of the country,the level of prefabricated building construction is still relatively low.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the analysis and research of the problems existing in the process of prefabricated building management,and this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of prefabricated building projects and focuses on specific countermeasures.
