摘要 当前,三维激光扫描技术与BIM技术在技术的革新下已经取得了巨大的发展,但将二者相结合应用于装配式建筑中的研究仍然不多.本文探讨了三维激光扫描与BIM技术的特点及二者结合的优势,并阐述了将二者结合应用于装配式建筑设计、预制、施工、运维四个阶段中的可能性.研究成果可为装配式建筑的工程应用提供理论支持和参考. At present,3D laser scanning technology and BIM technology have made great development under the innovation of technology,but there are rare researches on the combination of these two technologies applied in the prefabricated building.This paper discusses the characteristics of 3D laser scanning and BIM technology and the advantages of combining them,and explains the possibility of applying them in the four phases of prefabricated building design,prefabrication,construction,and operation and maintenance.The research results can provide theoretical support and reference for the engineering application of prefabricated buildings.
