于漪先生是根植于中国大地、中国文化、中国教育成长起来的令人敬仰的人民教育家。她毕生在用自己的教育教学研究、实践和创新破解着中国教师专业发展的内在密码。她的至理名言“一辈子做老师,一辈子学做老师”已成为全国教师熟悉的金句,这不仅是于漪先生通过身体力行的实践感悟发出的肺腑之言,也深刻地诠释了教师专业发展的内在特性:“一辈子做老师”是为师的坚定信念,“一辈子学做老师”是基于信念的终身学习。于漪先生以自己丰富的实践经验和独立思想,为广大教师深刻阐释和解答了教育教学理论对教师发展的作用、教师“教非所学”与“学科知识欠缺”困扰的破解、教师学科素养与气质的涵养、“学科育人”思想的落实、学生主体成长对教师发展的作用,以及教学反思如何促进教师专业精进、“公开课”如何有效促进教师发展、教师如何平衡教学实践与教学研究关系、青年教师如何得到有效培养、中国特色现代教师学与中国本土教育学的创建等十个我国教师发展面临的现实问题,其中既有精辟的理论见解,又有具体的实践策略。
