摘要
笔者简述了金属氧化物避雷器IEC 60099-4、IEEE C62.11和JEC-2374标准的特点,并对它们的主要型式试验项目进行了比较。这3个避雷器标准是世界上主要的避雷器标准,随着避雷器性能及其使用电压的不断提高和新的试验方法的不断出现,近几年相继发布了它们的修订版。它们的基本框架是相同的,但各有自己的特点。这3个避雷器标准之间不断整合,特别是IEC和IEEE之间,有可能最终整合成一个避雷器标准。指出了金属氧化物避雷器标准的发展趋势,对今后我国金属氧化物避雷器标准的修订提出了建议,对避雷器产品的出口具有参考价值。
The characteristics of IEC 60099-4,IEEE C62.11 and JEC-2374 standards for metal oxide arresters were reviewed and their main type tests were compared in the paper.They are main standards for metal oxide arresters in the world.With the improvement of the performance of arresters,their increasing applied voltage and the emergence of new test methods,their revisions were published successively in recent years.Their basic frameworks were same,but each had its own characteristics.The three surge arrester standards continue to be integrated,especially between IEC and IEEE,they may eventually be integrated into one surge arrester standard.The development trends of metal oxide arrester standards were pointed out.The suggestions for revision of metal oxide arrester standard of China were put forward.This article has reference value for the export of surge arresters.
