摘要
为了降低变电站巡检机器人磁耦合谐振式无线充电系统正常工作时对附近工作人员安全造成的危害,将高频辐射降低到国标标准限值内,笔者提出了一种复合结构式铝板屏蔽方案,采用有限元方法仿真计算巡检机器人无线充电系统电磁辐射,计算尺寸、层数对屏蔽板屏蔽效果的影响,并对比分析六种复合结构式屏蔽装置的屏蔽效果。结果表明:当增大屏蔽板尺寸和增加屏蔽板层数时,无线充电对外辐射磁场强度出现明显下降;采用复合结构式屏蔽板能够将无线充电系统的对外辐射磁场幅值基本降低到国标限值以内。
The author proposes a shielding scheme using a composite structure aluminum plate to reduce the safety hazards to nearby workers during the normal operation of the magnetic coupling resonant wireless charging system of the substation inspection robot,and reduce the high frequency radiation to the national standard limit.The finite element method is used to simulate and calculate the electromagnetic radiation of the wireless charging system of the inspection robot,calculate the influence of the size and the number of layers on the shielding effect of the shielding plate,and comparatively analyze the shielding effects of six composite structure shielding devices.The results show that when the size of the shielding plate is increased and the number of layers of the shielding plate is increased,the intensity of the external radiated magnetic field of wireless charging decreases significantly;using a composite structure shielding plate can basically reduce the amplitude of the external radiated magnetic field of the wireless charging system to the national standard limit.
