Influence of Strengthening Quality Monitoring and Management on Instrument Disinfection and Sterilization Quality in Disinfection Supply Center

目的探讨强化质量监测管理对消毒供应中心器械消毒灭菌质量的影响。方法以2020年1月至2020年12月作为研究阶段。根据消毒供应中心质量监测管理实施情况分为实施前(2020年1月至2020年6月)及实施后(2020年7月至2020年12月)。比较实施前后消毒供应中心消毒灭菌质量。结果实施后,器械清洗、消毒、灭菌、包装合格率分别为91.20%、99.70%、99.60%、99.80%,明显高于实施前的80.20%、90.10%、89.50%、98.10%(P<0.05)。实施后,消毒供应中心护理人员的消毒灭菌操作、医疗废物管理及日常记录评分高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论强化质量监测管理可提高消毒供应中心器械清洗、消毒、灭菌的质量,提升护理人员的管理技能。

Objective To explore the influence of strengthening quality monitoring and management on instrument disinfection and sterilization quality in disinfection supply center.The research stage was from January 2020 to December 2020.According to the implementation of quality monitoring management in disinfection supply center,it was divided into pre-implementation(January 2020 to June 2020)and post-implementation(July 2020 to December 2020).The quality of disinfection and sterilization in disinfection supply center before and after implementation was compared.Results After implementation,the qualification rates of instrument cleaning,disinfection,sterilization and packaging were 91.20%,99.70%,99.60%and 99.80%respectively,significantly higher than 80.20%,90.10%,89.50%and 98.10%before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,the scores of disinfection and sterilization operation,medical waste management and daily records of nursing staff in disinfection supply center were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusions Strengthening quality monitoring management can improve the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of instruments in disinfection supply center,and enhance the management skills of nursing staff.
