阴式探头经直肠超声与经腹部超声检查诊断未婚女性多囊卵巢综合征的应用价值对比

Comparison on the Application Value of Transrectal Ultrasound with Vaginal Probe and Transabdominal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in Unmarried Females

目的对比阴式探头经直肠超声与经腹部超声检查诊断未婚女性多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2022年1月于我院就诊的82例未婚女性PCOS患者的临床资料,均行经腹部超声、阴式探头经直肠超声检查,比较两种检查方法的卵巢参数、子宫卵巢显像结果及PCOS检出率。结果阴式探头经直肠超声检出卵泡数目高于经腹部超声,卵泡大小小于经腹部超声(P<0.05)。两种检查方法的卵泡体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阴式探头经直肠超声的阴道、宫颈、子宫形态、宫壁回声、子宫内膜回声、厚度及卵泡清晰显像率高于经腹部超声(P<0.05)。阴式探头经直肠超声的PCOS检出率为85.37%,高于经腹部超声的59.76%(P<0.05)。结论阴式探头经直肠超声与经腹部超声检查均可用于诊断未婚女性PCOS,但阴式探头经直肠超声检查的子宫、卵巢显像更清晰,PCOS检出率较高。

Objective To compare the application value of transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in unmarried females.Methods The clinical data of 82 unmarried female PCOS patients admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were given transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe.The ovarian parameters,uterine and ovarian imaging results and PCOS detection rate of the two examination methods were compared.Results The number of follicles detected by transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe was higher than that detected by transabdominal ultrasound,and the follicle size was smaller than that detected by transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the follicle volume between the two examination methods(P>0.05).The clear imaging rates of vagina,cervix,uterus,uterine wall echo,endometrial echo,thickness and follicle of transrectal ultrasound were higher than those by transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).The PCOS detection rate of transrectal ultrasonography with vaginal probe was 85.37%,higher than 59.76%of transabdominal ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusions Both transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe and transabdominal ultrasound can be used to diagnose PCOS in unmarried females,but transrectal ultrasound with vaginal probe has clearer imaging of uterus and ovary and higher PCOS detection rate.
