斑点追踪成像及实时三维超声心动图评价酒精性心肌病患者右心室功能的价值

Value of Speckle Tracking Imaging and Real-Time 3D Echocardiography in the Evaluation of Right Ventricular Function of Patients with Alcoholic Cardiomyopathy

目的探讨斑点追踪成像(2D-STI)及实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)评价酒精性心肌病(ACM)患者右心室功能的价值。方法选择2021年7月至2022年6月我院收治的ACM患者60例作为病例组,另择取同期行健康体检者60例作为对照组,两组均行2D-STI和RT-3DE检查,比较两组患者的2D-STI和RT-3DE检查参数。结果病例组的RVEDV、RVESE明显高于对照组,RVEF明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组的2D-GLS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2D-STI和RT-3DE均可对ACM患者右心室功能的早期变化进行定量评价,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of speckle tracking imaging(2D-STI)and real-time 3D echocardiography(RT-3DE)in the evaluation of right ventricular function of patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy(ACM).Methods 60 ACM patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as case group,and 60 patients with physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Both groups received 2D-STI and RT-3DE.The 2D-STI and RT-3DE parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The RVEDV and RVESE of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the RVEF was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 2D-GLS of the case group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Both 2D-STI and RT-3DE can quantitatively evaluate the early changes of right ventricular function in ACM patients,and have certain clinical application value.
