长期服用抗精神病药物患者脂肪肝超声检出情况及血脂结果分析

Analysis on the Ultrasound Detection of Fatty Liver and Blood Lipid Results in Patients with Long Term Use of Antipsychotic Drugs

目的分析长期服用抗精神病药物患者脂肪肝超声检出情况及血脂结果。方法回顾性分析2019年2月至2021年2月我院收治的78例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,将接受抗精神病药物治疗≥5年的患者纳入研究组(n=43),另将接受抗精神病药物治疗<5年的患者纳入对照组(n=35),另选择40例同期于我院行健康体检的无精神疾病的志愿者作为健康组。三组均行腹部超声检查及血脂检查。分析各组不同程度脂肪肝的检出率及血脂异常检出率,对比研究组的脂肪肝异常检出率。结果三组的脂肪肝及血脂异常检出率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组年龄≥50岁、病程>10年的患者脂肪肝检出率均高于年龄年龄<50岁、病程5~10年的患者(P<0.05)。结论服用抗精神病药物≥5年的患者脂肪肝及血脂异常发生率均较高,故对长期服用抗精神病药物患者需做好及时的预防及检测。

Objective To analyze the ultrasound detection of fatty liver and the blood lipid results in patients with long term use of antipsychotic drugs.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients with antipsychotic drugs≥5 years were selected as study group(n=43),and patients with antipsychotic drugs<5 years were selected as control group(n=35).40 volunteers without mental illness undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as healthy group.Three groups were given abdominal ultrasound and blood lipid detection.The detection rates of different degrees of fatty liver and dyslipidemia in each group were analyzed,and the abnormal detection rate of fatty liver in the study group was compared.Results Statistical difference was found in the detection rates of fatty liver and dyslipidemia among the three groups(P<0.05).In the study group,patients with age≥50 years and disease course>10 years had higher detection rates of fatty liver than those with age<50 years and disease course of 5-10 years(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with long term use of antipsychotic drugs have higher incidences of fatty liver and dyslipidemia.Therefore,timely prevention and detection should be applied in patients with long term use of antipsychotic drugs.
