基于MRI评估胰腺脂肪沉积、腹部脂肪分布和原发性高血压的相关性 被引量:1

MRI Based Assessment for Correlation among Pancreatic Fat Deposition,Abdominal Fat Distribution and Primary Hypertension

摘要 目的分析MRI评估胰腺脂肪沉积、腹部脂肪分布和原发性高血压的相关性。方法选取2020年1月至2022年3月我院收治的61例原发性高血压患者为病例组,选取同期50例健康体检的志愿者为健康对照组。两组均行MRI,并计算全胰腺脂肪分数(FF)、皮下脂肪组织(SAT)、内脏脂肪组织(VAT)和VAT/SAT比值。绘制ROC曲线分析各指标对原发性高血压的预测价值,采用Pearson检验分析各指标与血压的相关性。结果病例组FF、SAT、VAT、VAT/SAT均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,FF(AUC=0.859)、SAT(AUC=0.823)、VAT(AUC=0.875)、VAT/SAT(AUC=0.675)对原发性高血压均有显著的预测价值(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,收缩压、舒张压与FF、SAT、VAT、VAT/SAT均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论应用MRI检查胰腺脂肪沉积、腹部脂肪分布对临床预测原发性高血压具有重要的价值。 Objective To evaluate the correlation among pancreatic fat deposition,abdominal fat distribution and primary hypertension by MRI.Methods 61 patients with primary hypertension in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as case group,and 50 volunteers with physical examination at the same time were selected as healthy control group.Both groups used MRI.The total pancreatic fat fraction(FF),subcutaneous adipose tissue(SAT),visceral adipose tissue(VAT)and VAT/SAT were calculated.ROC curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value on primary hypertension,and Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation between each index and blood pressure.Results The FF,SAT,VAT and VAT/SAT of the case group were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that FF(AUC=0.859),SAT(AUC=0.823),VAT(AUC=0.875),VAT/SAT(AUC=0.675)had significant predictive value for primary hypertension(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were positively correlated FF,SAT,VAT and VAT/SAT(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions MRI for pancreatic fat deposition and abdominal fat distribution has important value in predicting primary hypertension.
