血清TNF-α、MCP-1水平与老年骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标的相关性研究 被引量:2

Study on the Correlation Between Serum TNF-α, MCP-1 Levels and Bone Metabolism Indicators in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

摘要 目的探讨血清TNF-α、MCP-1水平与老年骨质疏松症患者骨代谢指标的相关性。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月我院收治的50例老年骨质疏松症患者为观察组,同期选取50例骨量正常的老年自愿者作为对照组。检测两组的TNF-α、MCP-1、CTX-1、PⅠNP、OC水平,采用Pearson检验分析TNF-α、MCP-1与CTX-1、PⅠNP、OC的相关性。结果观察组的TNF-α、MCP-1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的CTX-1水平高于对照组,PⅠNP、OC水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,TNF-α、MCP-1与CTX-1呈正相关,与PⅠNP、OC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论老年骨质疏松症患者存在骨代谢失衡,外周血TNF-α、MCP-1水平与骨代谢指标具有显著的相关性。 Objective To explore the correlation between serum TNF-α,MCP-1 levels and bone metabolism indicators in elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods 50 elderly patients with osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 50 elderly volunteers with normal bone mass at the same time were selected as the control group.The TNF-α,MCP-1,CTX-1,PⅠNP and OC levels of the two groups were detected.Pearson test was used to analyze the correlation among TNF-α,MCP-1,CTX-1,PⅠNP and OC.Results The TNF-αand MCP-1 levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CTX-1 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PⅠNP and OC levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that TNF-αand MCP-1 were positively correlated with CTX-1,and negatively correlated with PⅠNP and OC(P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly patients with osteoporosis have bone metabolism imbalance.The TNF-αand MCP-1 levels of peripheral blood are significantly correlated with bone metabolism indicators.
